TEXAS SCOTTISH FESTIVAL & Highland Games -  First Weekend in May - Annual Festival - Wise County Fairgrounds, 3101 FM 51, Decatur, Texas.

FOOD VENDOR

• Standard Food Space (400 sq ft)
  $600 Before March 1st / $650 After March 1st
• Featured Standard Space (600 sq ft)
  $800 Before March 1st / $850 After March 1st

SPECIALTY FOOD VENDOR (SINGLE ITEM ONLY)

• Small Specialty Items Space (100 sq ft) NO DRINKS
  $300 Before March 1st / $350 After March 1st
• Large Specialty Items Space (200 sq ft)
  $400 Before March 1st / $450 After March 1st

Fill out the following form and a member of the Vendor Committee will be in touch. Spaces are reserved after deposit or full payment has been received.

Once registered please follow up with the City of Decatur to complete the necessary permit requirements/process.

City & Co. Permit Requirements

* Temporary Food Establishment Permit Package. The Permitting Requirements are different for Trucks/Trailers and Booths. (Mobile Vendors or Non-Mobile Vendors.)
*Certified Food Manager’s or Food Handler’s registration​
*NEW 2019 Fire Department Permit 

SET-UP & VENDOR PACKETS
Vendor Check-In/Packet Pick Up is Friday, May 6th, 2022 
Vendor spaces & packets will be ready by Friday 11:00 a.m.
​All motorized vehicles must be off the field by 4:30 p.m. – no exceptions. Gates will reopen at 6:30 a.m. Saturday for small setups and restocking. Vehicles will not be allowed on site between 8:45 a.m. Saturday and 6:00 p.m. Sunday. The vehicle rule will be strictly enforced.
